I'm not sure if it's the change in the weather or what, but I've been busy trying new things lately. Whitney and I canned salsa (for the first time ever), and we made cute little Halloween lanterns with Mod Poge and tissue paper. Then I made some delicious apple dumplings tonight ... FROM SCRATCH! :) They are delicious and I'm quite proud of myself!

Hey it wasn't my first time doing salsa! Apple dumplings? I don't think I have ever had a apple dumpling.
